Shipping & Returns

Shipping

• We currently deliver to Austria and Germany. The JAMES Packages will be linked to the Austrian Post and Mail Boxes Etc. delivered.
• Please give us some time to prepare your order for shipping. We usually ship orders within 48 hours, but some orders may take a little longer.
• If your parcel has already been sent but has not yet arrived at your address, please first check whether the parcel has been delivered in your neighbourhood. If this is not the case and the shipping status has not changed for five days, please contact us. Contact on.

Austria

We will ship your package within 3 business days. After the shipping date, your order will arrive within the next 2-5 working days. 

Shipping costs: € 4,90. 

Germany

We will ship your package within 3 business days. After the shipping date, your order will arrive within the next 2-5 working days. 

Shipping costs: € 8,–. 

Returns

You can use your JAMES product within 14 days return it to us by sending it back to us from your Right of withdrawal make use of. To do so, please contact our Customer support or send us directly a filled in Cancellation form. You will receive a return slip including a return label.

Your purchase amount will be credited within 14 days of receipt of your return - always according to the payment method you chose when placing your order.
