24/7 emergency call centre

Many professional call centres already offer a wide range of services. With JAMES the following new areas can be covered:

  1. Mobile emergency call: The stationary home emergency call is unsuitable for many - especially active - senior citizens. On the one hand, the majority of older people are still agile and therefore often out and about. Secondly, existing end devices have a restrictive and stigmatising effect. With the elegant JAMES emergency watches, your organisation can attract new customer groups and expand existing services.

  1. TeleCare: With JAMES new TeleCare services are opening up.
This can be a regular video call on the JAMES Tablet This can be done at the customer's home or by monitoring important vital signs that are recorded at home. In addition, medication intake can be partially transferred to the person concerned (e.g. reminders on the tablet or with video support, therapeutic games on the tablet, etc.).

Mobile care

In mobile (outpatient) care, various services can be provided remotely or via tele-services in the future. The customers of your organisation receive various components of the JAMES solution and can confirm medication intake on the tablet or measure vital signs independently. In-house specialists (qualified nurses) are notified of any abnormal vital signs by the JAMES system automatically and can clarify each case personally with the customer via audio or video call.

The standard package of the JAMES solution includes blood pressure, blood glucose and weight measurement. Additional sensors can be integrated depending on the situation. By (partially) shifting activities to the customer and continuously transferring current values to the integrated Care Centre, expensive travel times can be saved and abnormalities detected more quickly.

Regular video calls to the people being cared for enable a higher care rate and thus relieve the burden on employees and relatives. Overall, costs can be massively reduced, family members and employees can be supported and more people can be cared for. In addition, relatives are able to actively participate in the care process via online services.

Inpatient care
& Assisted living

Inpatient care facilities can look after future residents at home even before they enter the care home. With the JAMES Emergency supply enables elderly people living alone to call for help at the touch of a button in the event of a fall or other problem. Call assistance can be provided by the care home during the day and by a 24/7 call centre at night.

In addition to safety, the JAMES health package which enables optimal care, especially for chronically ill patients, and is ideally suited for preventive measures. In addition JAMES Concepts to combat social isolation, which are implemented by a community manager via JAMES can be controlled according to the situation. The following are used JAMES chat componentswhich promote communication. All of the solutions mentioned can also be used optimally in assisted living facilities.

24H CARE &
INFORMAL CARE

The unique combination between the software MOCCA® for professional nursing and care facilities and the AAL system JAMES® now enables electronic documentation directly in the carer's home. For the first time, organisations are able to improve their quality management and better support informal carers or 24-hour carers. The synergy between the two products not only facilitates communication, but also the exchange of data between those involved. The core is the AAL-orientated JAMES Tablet.

The AAL tablet serves as a holistic communication hub: primarily for the person being cared for, but also for all key stakeholders in the care process. Professional organisations can send the care plan - including instructions and video tutorials - directly to carers, caregivers and caregiving relatives on the AAL tablet. JAMES Tablet send. The care app on the tablet enables carers to view the planned activities and document them promptly. The services provided can be viewed directly online by the care organisation, relatives and funding agencies. In addition, work on site is simplified by smart add-ons such as the JAMES Emergency Call Supply or vital sign measurements. JAMES thus not only becomes a digital butler for the person being cared for, but also for the carer.
