At the IMEI number is a unique numerical code with which we can identify your watch. This code consists of a fifteen-digit number and is printed on the packaging of your JAMES emergency call watch to find.
Have your IMEI number ready and visit the page james.care/activation. Then enter the IMEI number of your watch in the corresponding text field. Follow the shop's further instructions.
