The basic tariff is the basic requirement for all supplementary tariffs.
FlexibleAll supplementary tariffs can be combined as required.
Clever savings: If you pay annually, you benefit from a reduced price.

Basic tariff

The basic tariff includes all the essential functions for your security:
A Europe-wide roaming SIM card, so that your JAMES watch works immediately and is ready for use. Use of the JAMES app with a user-friendly web portal so that you have an overview of everything. Reliable alerting of the emergency call chain by voice call and SMS to your helper contacts. Fast GPS localisation and position query of the watch, so that you are also safe when you are out and about. And, of course, JAMES premium support via ticket system, chat and by phone during office hours.

The alarm chain is being expanded to include an emergency call centre that is available around the clock and processes alarms quickly and efficiently. JAMES currently offers a 24/7 call centre for Germany, Austria and Switzerland. Other countries will follow.

Dementia tariff

The dementia tariff was developed for people with mild or progressive dementia. It extends the functions of the watch to include a customisable movement zone and a passive alarm.
