Technical Sales Representative (m/f/d) Germany full-time

Job description

As a mobile employee in technical sales, you will be responsible for acquiring new customers, providing technical advice to our customers and supporting existing customers in your catchment area.

Your tasks for each sales region

  • Acquiring and advising our B2B customers
  • Technical explanation of JAMES products - primarily for call centres such as DRK, ASB, Johanniter, nursing homes
  • Personal appointments on site at the customer's premises (approx. 1-2 days per week)
  • Visiting and exhibiting at trade fairs and B2B in-house exhibitions.
  • Contact point for new B2B customers
  • Structured documentation of activities in the CRM system

Your profile

  • Ideally experience in the field of home emergency calls or with call centres
  • Experience in sales desirable
  • Fluent written and spoken German, English also an advantage
  • Independence, sense of responsibility, organisational skills and commitment
  • Pronounced service and customer orientation
  • Very good teamwork and communication skills

 Senior Fullstack Software Developer .NET

She inspires 

  • working on solutions that benefit society and individuals 
  • working on the design and architecture of professional software 
  • the realisation of user-friendly and modern GUIs 
  • the implementation of front-end and back-end components 
  • Systemic thinking and the design and implementation of interfaces and APIs 
  • the development of professional, scalable and automatically testable code 
  • the design, implementation and application of automated integration and unit tests 

You have 

  • Completed IT training (HTL, FH/Uni) 
  • Several years of professional experience in SW engineering 
  • Experience with .NET/C#, database and web technologies 
  • Experience with software versioning (preferably Git/GitHub) 
  • Knowledge in the implementation of mobile apps (with Flutter) - ideally 
  • Knowledge (and ideally experience) in the DevOps and Scrum process 
  • hands-on mentality, technology and team spirit 
  • Very good knowledge of German and English 

We offer 

A relaxed working atmosphere in a friendly team. Flexible working hours with the option of working from home. The starting salary is at least € 4,200 gross per month (14x) depending on the IT-KV classification. Overpayment depending on qualifications/experience is a matter of course.
