Job description
As a mobile employee in technical sales, you will be responsible for acquiring new customers, providing technical advice to our customers and supporting existing customers in your catchment area.
Your tasks for each sales region
- Acquiring and advising our B2B customers
- Technical explanation of JAMES products - primarily for call centres such as DRK, ASB, Johanniter, nursing homes
- Personal appointments on site at the customer's premises (approx. 1-2 days per week)
- Visiting and exhibiting at trade fairs and B2B in-house exhibitions.
- Contact point for new B2B customers
- Structured documentation of activities in the CRM system
Your profile
- Ideally experience in the field of home emergency calls or with call centres
- Experience in sales desirable
- Fluent written and spoken German, English also an advantage
- Independence, sense of responsibility, organisational skills and commitment
- Pronounced service and customer orientation
- Very good teamwork and communication skills
