A Europe-wide roaming SIM card, so that your JAMES watch works immediately and is ready for use. Use of the JAMES app with a user-friendly web portal so that you have an overview of everything. Reliable alerting of the emergency call chain by voice call and SMS to your helper contacts. Fast GPS localisation and position query of the watch, so that you are also safe when you are out and about. And, of course, JAMES premium support via ticket system, chat and by phone during office hours.

Extends the help chain with an emergency call centre that is available around the clock and processes alarms quickly and efficiently. JAMES currently offers an emergency call centre for Germany, Austria and Switzerland. Other countries will follow.
If the watch wearer suffers from mild or progressive dementia, the dementia tariff can be booked. This extends the functionality to include a movement zone and a passive alarm.
