JAMES tariffs

The basic tariff not only gives you a reliable connection via the integrated roaming SIM card, but also comprehensive services for operating your JAMES emergency call watch.
JAMES guarantees: the best network coverage thanks to a Europe-wide roaming SIM card, calls and text messages to the alarm chain in the event of an alarm, use of the JAMES app and web portal, position data available at any time, constant availability of the watch for calls (additional costs may be incurred on the smartphone) and support from our JAMES support team via ticket system, chat and by telephone during office hours.

Extends the help chain with an emergency call centre that is available around the clock and processes alarms quickly and efficiently. JAMES currently offers an emergency call centre for Germany, Austria and Switzerland. Other countries will follow.

If the watch wearer suffers from mild or progressive dementia, the dementia tariff can be booked. This extends the functionality to include a movement zone and a passive alarm.
