Job description:
As a mobile employee in technical sales, you will be responsible for acquiring new customers, providing technical advice to our customers and supporting existing customers.
Your tasks for the sales region:
- Acquiring and advising our B2B customers
- Technical explanation of JAMES products - primarily for call centres such as DRK, ASB, Johanniter, nursing homes
- Personal appointments on site at the customer's premises (approx. 1-2 days per week)
- Visiting and exhibiting at trade fairs and B2B in-house exhibitions.
- Contact point for new B2B customers
- Structured documentation of activities in the CRM system
Your profile:
- Ideally experience in the field of home emergency calls or with call centres
- Experience in sales desirable
- Fluent written and spoken German, English also an advantage
- Independence, sense of responsibility, organisational skills and commitment
- Pronounced service and customer orientation
- Very good teamwork and communication skills
