Senior Software Architect / Lead Engineer (m/f/d) - .NET | DevOps | Testing | AI-first Dev

To enable us to expand our product world in a targeted manner and bring new services to the market faster and more securely, we are looking for a experienced professional, who confidently makes architectural decisions, sets engineering standards and supports our team in bringing together stable operation and fast rollouts.
Your tasks:
- Architecture & Engineering Leadership: You develop and are responsible for the architecture of our systems and integrate modern principles such as clean architecture and domain thinking.
- Test automation & quality engineering: You establish comprehensive test strategies for automatic quality assurance and to avoid regressions.
- DevOps & Reliability: You design CI/CD pipelines and ensure the observability, stability and scalability of our services.
- Hands-on implementation: You support the SW development both in the backend and, if necessary, in the frontend, and are a sparring partner for technical decisions.
- AI-enabled engineering: You evaluate and integrate AI methods and tools to optimise our development processes.
Your profile:
- Several years of sound experience in software architecture and as a senior software engineer, preferably in production-critical environments.
- Very good knowledge of .NET/C#, web technologies and databases.
- Experience with clean architecture, API design and integration patterns for scalable services.
- Experience in test automation and the implementation of quality gates in CI/CD.
- Knowledge of the DevOps environment, including CI/CD concepts and monitoring/logging.
- Experienced with Git/GitHub and modern engineering workflows.
- Experience with mobile frameworks (e.g. Flutter) or cloud technologies (Azure/AWS/GCP) is advantageous.
- Your perspective and communication are systemically characterised and you actively promote team progress.
- Good knowledge of German and English.

Salary
The collectively agreed minimum salary is 75.000 € gross per year (based on 38.5 hours). The salary is paid 14 times a year. In addition, an annual bonus is granted. The collective agreement IT-KV ( EDV-KV ) applies.
