Can I use the JAMES products without an emergency tariff?

No. To get the full JAMES performance to maintain, the Activation of an emergency call tariff absolutely necessary. Accordingly, we recommend the simultaneous purchase of product and tariff.

How long does it take to activate my emergency call tariff?

After you have the watch with you, you can activate your watch immediately by purchasing the emergency call tariff. The automatic activation of the SIM card can take up to 15 minutes.

When can I cancel my emergency call tariff?

Depending on the payment model, you can easily cancel your subscription.

  • In the case of monthly payment, termination is possible on a monthly basis.
  • In the case of annual payment, cancellation is also possible at any time and the emergency call tariff expires after the prepaid period.

What are tariff extensions?

The tariff extensions are attractive services that extend the functions of your emergency call watch. You can either purchase our tariff extensions at the same time as buying the watch and subscription or add them at a later date - it is possible to cancel and activate a tariff extension at any time. Like the standard subscription, the services are not binding and can be cancelled at the beginning of each month.

Can I use several tariffs on the same device?

Yes. You can have as many JAMES tariff extensions Unlock.
