What shipping options are available?

Shipping & Delivery

  • We currently deliver to Austria and Germany. The JAMES Packages will be linked to the Austrian Post and Mail Boxes Etc. delivered.
  • Please give us some time to prepare your order for shipping. We usually ship orders within 48 hours, but some orders may take a little longer.
  • The delivery time of your product always depends on the length of the respective postal route. Within Austria and Germany, however, delivery is relatively fast.
  • If your parcel has already been sent but has not yet arrived at your address, please first check whether the parcel has been delivered in your neighbourhood. If this is not the case and the shipping status has not changed for five days, please contact us. Contact
