Note on checking your emergency supply

Please check the functionality of your clock regularly as follows:

Possible problems that may arise:

  • No mobile phone network is available: The clock shows an "x" on the left above the time.
  • No contact with the JAMES app: "Last contact" more than 15 minutes.
  • Calling the clock is not possible.
  • Triggering a test alarm is not possible.

Solution: 

  1. Switch the clock off and then on again: To do this, briefly press the button on the clock several times until you reach the blue "switch off" symbol.
  2. Then press the button longer until the clock switches off.
  3. Then switch the clock on again by pressing and holding the button for a few seconds.
  4. Check if there is still a problem.
  5. If you still have a problem, please contact us at +43 463 305 003.
