How does the JAMES part payment work?
With the JAMES Partial payment you can pay the price of your device in 12 monthly instalments. You will find your instalments after the gross total of the basic and connection charges on your bill.
Early repayment is possible at any time. For this purpose, please take Contact with us. Partial payment is free of charge is interest-free, but requires a one-time processing fee of € 19.00.

How do I buy a JAMES product via instalment?
Click in our online shop in the menu on the link Emergency supply. You will now be taken to our emergency clock configurator. There you can put together your watch individually and purchase it either with a one-off payment or part payment. For a partial payment, please select the option Part payment for 12 months.
Is there a handling fee for the rental version?
Yes. The one-time handling fee is, regardless of the watch model,

When are the processing fee and / or the first instalment payments due and how do we charge them?
The processing fee is due immediately upon conclusion of the contract. In the case of a partial payment, the individual instalments are due for payment on a monthly basis. The instalments are collected together with the monthly emergency call tariff, unless a prepaid voucher has been purchased, via the payment method you have chosen.
How long until I have paid off my JAMES product with the instalment?
The minimum term of the partial payment of a JAMES Products is 12 months. After the 12 months, the part payment is finished and your device is paid off.
What happens if I am in arrears with my part payment?

Who owns the product if I pay by instalment?
