Buy / rent a watch

Click in the menu of our online shop on EMERGENCY CALL. You will be taken to our watch configurator. There you can choose your JAMES Emergency Call Supply individually.

Once you have decided on a model, choose whether you want to buy the watch or rent it on a monthly basis

Select emergency call tariff

Then select the JAMES ABO. You need this to activate the clock. If required, you can also use one of our Additional subscriptions subscribe. Once you are done with your selection, follow the shop's further instructions.

At the checkout, you pay for your products using your preferred payment method. After a successful transaction, our JAMES Team immediately with the preparation and dispatch of your watch.


After a successful order process, you will receive two welcome emails from us with your access data for the Online shop account and the JAMES web portal / the APP

As soon as you have JAMES Clock you can start right away. Simply unpack, charge and Enjoy safety.

At Web portal / the JAMES APP you can make further personalisations and edit contacts in the alert chain.
