Part-time 25 hours

ilogs healthcare GmbH is a leading international company in the field of e-health focussing on innovative solutions with smart wearables with the brand "JAMES". We are looking for a committed employee (m/f/d) with an affinity for technical products to support our customer service team in Klagenfurt.

Your tasks:

• Checking technical devices (smartwatches, tablets)
• Servicing of technical devices on site
• Configuration of wearables via software programmes
• Support with customer enquiries - Helpdesk
• Support in logistics for the dispatch of customer devices

Your profile

• Interest in hardware and software
• Experience with products requiring technical explanation
• Good written and spoken German, English desirable
• Flexible, reliable and independent way of working
• Good PC user skills

Initially, a part-time position of 25 hours is desired. An increase in hours is possible.
