Please check the functionality of your clock regularly as follows:
Possible problems that may arise:
- No mobile phone network is available: The clock displays an "x" on the left above the time.
- No contact with the JAMES app: "Last contact" more than 15 minutes.
- Calling the clock is not possible.
- Triggering a test alarm is not possible.
Solution:
- Switch the clock off and then on again: To do this, briefly press the button on the clock several times until you reach the blue "switch off" symbol.
- Then press the button longer until the clock switches off.
- Then switch the clock on again by pressing and holding the button for a few seconds.
- Check if there is still a problem.
