How does a return work?

After receiving the items, you can return undamaged items free of charge within 14 days. After the expiry of the 14-day period, a return is unfortunately no longer possible.

The purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days of receipt of your parcel.

1. Register return

Please report the return to us via E-mail and send us the completed application form. Cancellation form with. We will send you a return note and a free return label.

2. Pack article

Place the items and the return slip in the package and attach the return label to the package.

Please make sure that only the return label is still visible.

3. Submit return

Post your parcel at a branch of the Austrian / German Post. Keep the return receipt until we confirm your return via e-mail.

4. Refund

After receipt of the package, you will be refunded the purchase amount within 14 days via your selected payment method.
